  Jeffrey J. Denning is a principal management consultant with Practice Performance Group, La Jolla, CA. Since entering the field in 1971, Denning has worked in a consulting capacity with nearly 300 practices representing over 800 physicians in thirty-nine states and has conducted more than 500 workshops, seminars, and speaking engagements in the United States and Australia. Denning has written more than 30 feature articles for leading industry publications, including Medical Economics, OBG Management, Pediatric Management, Managed Care, California Physician and numerous specialty academy journals. Denning is also editor of UnCommon Sense®, a monthly practice management strategy and tactics information service of Practice Performance Publishing, Inc.
  Pamela L. Moore, PhD, CPC, has spent the past 10 years learning, writing about, and teaching practice management. She is currently senior editor at Physicians Practice, America’s Leading Practice Management Journal, serving as lead researcher, consultant, and writer. Previously, Moore was senior editor at the Medical Group Management Association. She is a popular speaker at national and regional events, is a certified professional coder, and has a scholarly background that includes work in medical ethics.
  Mark Anderson is one of the nation's premier healthcare IT research futurists. He is a leading national speaker on healthcare and has spoken at more than 300 conferences and meetings since 2000. He has spent the last 30+ years focusing on healthcare — not just technology questions, but strategic, policy, and organizational considerations as well.

Anderson specializes in the evaluation, selection, and ranking of vendors in the PMS/EMR/EHR healthcare marketplace. Twice per year, he publishes a detailed report on vendor PMS/EHR functionality, usability, and company viability. This evaluation tool has been used by more than 50,000 physicians since 2002. Additionally, since 2003, Mr. Anderson has conducted more than 100 PMS/EHR searches, selections, and contract negotiations for physician offices ranging from small practices to large IPAs.
