Trusting relationships between physicians and staff members are key to a successful practice, and at the root of trusting relationships is strong communication.
That's according to Kenneth Hertz, principal with the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) Health Care Consulting Group, who presented at the organization's annual conference in Las Vegas in October.
During his session entitled "Physician Staff Relationships for Practice Success," Hertz shared several tips for how managers can foster stronger communication between physicians and staff at their practices.
