Poll of the Week – What do You Think of the Health Law Ruling?

The Supreme Court recently upheld the 2010 healthcare law in a 5 to 4 decision, striking down one Medicaid provision but approving a mandate that most individuals must hold healthcare insurance or face a tax penalty for not doing so by 2014.

Practice Notes bloggers Marisa Torrieri and Aubrey Westgate recently asked several physicians what they thought of the ruling. Many said they had serious concerns.
