Are you adequately staffed? Do you pay your staff enough?
We recently conducted our 11th annual staff salary survey of non-physician providers, nurses, medical assistants, front desk staff and billers/coders.
A total of 943 people shared how many employees are on their practice's payroll and how much they pay them.
Specialties represented in the survey include family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, OB-GYN, cardiology, psychiatry, dermatology, anesthesiology, urology and emergency medicine.
Take a look and see how your practice compares.
