How is healthcare reform affecting your career satisfaction?

It's taking a big toll. I'm stressed out, uncertain about the future, and I feel like I'm losing the joy in practice.
It's too early to tell. I'm still on the fence waiting to see how it is going to affect my practice and my patients.
