Practice executive Keith Campanelli explains how selecting the right EHR system for his pediatrics office helped boost both collections and even staff morale.
Keith Campanelli's Ohio-based pediatric practice had high patient debt. Making the move from paper to a new EHR and practice management system made collections and billing faster and more accurate. As a result, debt dropped and helped pay for the technology.
Achieving this same success at your medical practice is not an overnight process, however. In this video, Campanelli advises small practices on how they too can select the right system for their needs, and overcome initial growing pains to get the most return on their health IT investment.
