Thanks to Valentine's Day, February is the time of the year when relationships take center stage. For medical providers, few relationships are more significant than those they develop with their payers. Payer-provider interaction can help determine the quality of care and the range of services a practice can offer, and will ultimately shape its relationship with patients.
