As value-based metrics begin to play an increasing role in medical practice payments, it's time for offices to take a proactive approach to improve operational efficiency, according to John Lutz, a managing director at Huron Consulting. Lutz is scheduled to present "Creating a Value-based Medical Group" on Monday, Oct. 7, at this year's MGMA13 Conference in San Diego.
