Poll of the Week - ‘Unhealthy’ Environment

Does your office have an "unhealthy culture?" Would it prompt you to change jobs?

In our annual Great American Physician Survey, 35.5 percent of physicians said they often wish they could change jobs/ employers. The top two reasons for such a move were to gain more time for their personal life and to get away from the “unhealthy culture” of their current employer.
