Get involved • Attend health fairs, sporting events, or anywhere else you can set up a booth. You can even bring a mascot! • Donate a physical for a local auction • Get involved in the local chamber
Excellent customer service • If you treat your patients well, word of mouth will travel fast • Some of the traits patients value the most are timeliness, hospitality and respect
Host an open house • Hold a small gathering at your clinic • Include refreshments and door prizes • Invite the public, colleagues, and referral coordinators from other clinics and hospitals
Become the expert • Form connections with a news outlet or publication and comment on current health issues • Give seminars and talks on subjects that you specialize in
