1) Build a user-friendly website
Your site is more than a brochure—it’s your front door. Make it fast and mobile-first with clear menus, prominent phone and online scheduling, services by specialty, insurance accepted, provider bios, and directions. Add FAQs and a simple contact form. Use plain language, alt text on images, and HTTPS. Test load speed and fix broken links monthly.
2) Claim and optimize online listings
Own your profiles on Google Business, Healthgrades, Zocdoc, and major maps. Verify NAP data—name, address, phone—plus hours, services, and insurance. Upload professional photos, list telehealth options, and enable messaging where available. Post updates (flu shots, new hours), and respond to reviews within two business days to show you’re listening.
