Create a quick ‘coverage map’ and assign tracks so your team isn’t in the same room twice.

Monday: put your cybersecurity, policy, and staffing leads on those sessions.

Tuesday: send your data/AI champions and comp/payer-negotiation folks.

Wednesday: aim your operations leads at staffing optimization, conflict management, and leadership development.

Use a shared note template—session title, three takeaways, one actionable change, and one quote—so insights are comparable. Color-code who’s in which room, set a 10-minute debrief at day’s end, and funnel vendor conversations into a single “next steps” list.
