Changes to physician compensation are looming, so now is the time for small practices to start focusing on value. Here's how.

With the Medicare Sustainable Growth Rate formula abolished, physicians received a bit of a reprieve. But they must now prepare for CMS' timetable for value-based compensation. In this video, Halee S. Fischer-Wright, president and CEO of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) urges practices to "start thinking about how to create value in healthcare."
