Lori Grebe is a seasoned healthcare leader with nearly two decades of experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and specialty pharmacy.As the Vice President of Trade Relations and Clinical Strategies at CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy, Lori leads a team managing all aspects of drug access, including contract negotiation, relationship advancements, pipeline monitoring, and identifying new drug targets.Additionally, her team is responsible for developing and executing clinical strategies, enhancing infusion services, and demonstrating the value of the pharmacy’s clinical offerings.Lori’s team is also dedicated to advancing innovative growth solutions, including Direct to Consumer (DTC) and Direct to Employer (DTE) models, to provide manufacturers and employers with greater flexibility in product offerings.In 2023, she oversaw limited distribution drug (LDD) management, contributing 40% of the company’s $4.2 billion in revenue and collaborated with over 220 industry partners.Her focus on new revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships contributes to her team driving company growth.
Lori’s career spans multiple roles, from clinical review and quality program design to supporting large commercial clients in managing healthcare costs.She joined the specialty pharmacy space ten years ago, where she implemented clinical programs, developed advanced data capabilities, and created a limited distribution drug process for CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy.
Before joining Humana/CenterWell, Lori worked as a pharmacist manager at Walgreens, where she mentored new pharmacists and provided clinical and retail pharmacy services.
Lori resides in Louisville, Kentucky, with her husband Kevin, and their three children:Isabel (23), Noah (22), and Ethan (22).She enjoys cheering on the University of Kentucky Wildcats, spending time with her family, reading, hiking, riding bikes, and staying active.
