Megan Marchal,PharmD, is the director of specialty pharmacy strategy at CoverMyMeds, where she is responsible for continuous innovation of the company’s specialty pharmacy solutions. Her work is especially focused on providing specialty pharmacies and other members of the care team with full transparency into the journey patients take to access and adhere to complex therapies. Megan also provides a clinical perspective to initiatives to ensure they align with specialty pharmacy needs, such as resolving workflow barriers and providing innovative processes to expedite turnaround time of specialty medicine dispensing. Megan brings more than a decade of experience working in the pharmacy space, including retail, specialty and outpatient healthcare system settings.
