Scott Polenz

Scott Polenz is a seasoned healthcare executive with over two decades of leadership experience across hospitals, clinics, and health systems. He began his career as Chief Executive Officer of Memorial Medical Center, a critical access hospital in Neillsville, Wisconsin, where he oversaw hospital, clinic, home health, and nursing home operations while driving record-breaking financial performance.

He went on to serve as Chief Administrative Officer for Marshfield Clinic’s Eau Claire Hospital, where he led the design, planning, and successful launch of a new 44-bed micro-tertiary hospital, and later as Vice President of Physician & APP Relations for Marshfield Clinic Health System. In that role, Scott pioneered a comprehensive onboarding and engagement program, strengthening recruitment and retention while serving as Executive Champion of the Marshfield Promise Engagement Journey.

Today, Scott serves as a Principal Consultant with CHG Healthcare, where he partners with healthcare organizations nationwide to deliver physician and advanced practice provider workforce solutions. Through analytics, strategic planning, and thought leadership, he helps clients navigate today’s workforce challenges while positioning for long-term success.
