Your weekly dose of wisdom from the Physicians Practice experts.

With all the useful information available on Physicians Practice, it is easy to become overwhelmed.

With this in mind, the tip of the week is a chance to reflect on some of the wisdom found all across the site.

Here are ten healthy customer service habits for your clinic:

1). Make sure everyone one of your employees makes a good first impression.

2). Keep your promise.

3). Show appreciation and gratitude to your patients.

4). Provide solid training.

5). Listen and act when your patients complain.
