2. Model neutrality from leadership down

Employees take their cues from practice owners and managers. When leadership stays neutral; avoiding political commentary, pins, or signage in the workplace; staff are more likely to follow suit.

As Physicians Practice notes, managing workplace conflict begins with consistent communication and modeling the behavior you expect. If the tone at the top remains focused on patient care and respect, that culture will naturally filter through to the rest of the team.
